Siemens CT Advanced Technical Training

Emotion, Sensation and E-Line Series

This technical training course is specially designed for Field Service Engineers working with Independent Service Organizations. This training covers advanced topics on Somatom Emotion, Sensation, Scope and Perspective Series. E-Line differences will also be covered.

This course aims to bring the basic knowlede of the student to an advanced level, so that he/she can perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on Emotion, Sensation and E-Line Series of Siemens CT Scanners.

By the end of the training, student will gain the capability of analizing test tool results, QA results, define and fix the problem on various part of the scanner like X-Ray System (XRS), Data Measurement System (DMS), host and IRS computers, MAS, MAR etc.

This course will mostly cover the differences between old Somotom Emotion series and new Eline series. No basic CT principles will be discussed.

This course is for engineers who have previous Siemens CT experience, aiming to improve their basic skills to an advanced level.
